Point-of-Interest (POI) recommendation, pivotal for guiding users to their next interested locale, grapples with the persistent challenge of data sparsity. Whereas knowledge graphs (KGs) have emerged as a favored tool to mitigate the issue, existing KG-based methods tend to overlook two crucial elements: the intention steering users’ location choices and the high-order topological structure within the KG. In this paper, we craft an Intention-aware Knowledge Graph (IKG) that harmonizes users’ visit histories, movement trajectories, and location categories to model user intentions. Building upon IKG, our novel Intentionaware Knowledge Graph Network (IKGN) delves deeper into the POI recommendation by weighing and propagating node embeddings through an attention mechanism, capturing the unique locational intent of each user. A sequential model like GRU is then employed to ensure a comprehensive representation of users’ short- and long-term location preferences. An empirical study on two real-world datasets validates the effectiveness of our proposed IKGN, with it markedly outshining seven benchmark rival models in both Recall and NDCG metrics.more » « less

SUMMARY Plant cell walls are essential for defining plant growth and development, providing structural support to the main body and responding to abiotic and biotic cues. Cellulose, the main structural polymer of plant cell walls, is synthesized at the plasma membrane by cellulose synthase complexes (CSCs). The construction and transport of CSCs to and from the plasma membrane is poorly understood but is known to rely on the coordinated activity of cellulose synthase‐interactive protein 1 (CSI1), a key regulator of CSC trafficking. In this study, we found that Trs85, a TRAPPIII complex subunit, interacted with CSI1in vitro. Using functional genetics and live‐cell imaging, we have shown thattrs85‐1mutants have reduced cellulose content, stimulated CSC delivery, an increased population of static CSCs and deficient clathrin‐mediated endocytosis in the primary cell wall. Overall, our findings suggest that Trs85 has a dual role in the trafficking of CSCs, by negatively regulating the exocytosis and clathrin‐mediated endocytosis of CSCs.more » « less

Measurements are presented of the cross-section for the central exclusive production ofJ/\psi\to\mu^+\mu^- and\psi(2S)\to\mu^+\mu^- processes in proton-proton collisions at\sqrt{s} = 13 \ \mathrm{TeV} with 2016–2018 data. They are performed by requiring both muons to be in the LHCb acceptance (with pseudorapidity2<\eta_{\mu^±} < 4.5 ) and mesons in the rapidity range2.0 < y < 4.5 . The integrated cross-section results are\sigma_{J/\psi\to\mu^+\mu^-}(2.0 where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic and due to the luminosity determination. In addition, a measurement of the ratio of\psi(2S) andJ/\psi cross-sections, at an average photon-proton centre-of-mass energy of1\ \mathrm{TeV} , is performed, giving$ = 0.1763 ± 0.0029 ± 0.0008 ± 0.0039,$$ where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third due to the knowledge of the involved branching fractions. For the first time, the dependence of theJ/\psi$ and\psi(2S) cross-sections on the total transverse momentum transfer is determined inpp collisions and is found consistent with the behaviour observed in electron-proton collisions.more » « lessFree, publicly-accessible full text available January 1, 2026
